About us
We are a nationwide organization of blind and visually impaired veterans striving to serve our fellow veterans who have lost their sight in the service of our country or have lost their sight after serving our country. Service connected or not we know that by reaching out to our fellow blind veterans we can assist them in achieving the fullest and most independent lives possible. Many of our fellow blind veterans didn't even know that they had VA benefits coming to them for serving and through our out reach and networking we have managed to hook them up with the medical and prosthetic items they so richly deserved. We also are proactive in addressing legislation that would benefit our fellow blind veterans and are currently working on the Space A legislation that would correct the wrong that left out 100 Percent Service Connected Disabled Veterans from the program.
